Review of our stay between January 5th and 15th at Silver Springs Building 9 in Cairo.
The booking process was smooth from the initial contact with Mr. Hazem and then the follow-up while we were staying there with Miss Noha. Who answered all our questions and what we needed during the stay. They were very helpfull. Overall, the stay was good. The place was clean and tidy, with various amenities. Access was easy with door codes sent by e.mail. Worth noting that the cleaning team managed by Shereen was very good and professional. 5 star rating. They did a full clean for the place in the middle of our stay and provided extra pillows and bedding on request. Thank you Shereen! The only downside to our whole stay in the last three days was the issue with the heating. The air conditioner stopped working on heat mode. This led to the place being cold at night. They tried to fix it and sent people over twice, but it was not fixed, which was not okay for this level of stay. Not very professional in how to address an issue like this in January, where it is cold at night.
